Fish In Garlic Sauce(Garlicky, But Good!) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. red snapper, sea bass or other firm whitefish, 6 garlic cloves, minced, 2 oranges, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley and 6 tbsp. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Arrange fillets side by side in greased baking dish.
Mix 3 cloves garlic with 3 tablespoons olive oil and spread over fillets.
Squeeze juice of 1 orange over all and sprinkle with pepper.
Bake in hot oven, 450Β°, for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Fry the rest of garlic in remaining olive oil.
Remove the garlic and fry parsley 3 minutes.
Add juice of the other orange, salt and a little pepper.
