Filled Meat Balls
Filled Meat Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 tsp. salt, 1 egg, bread and celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix first three ingredients together well.
Make filling with remaining ingredients.
Roll out meat mixture on floured board. Place wax paper on top of meat mixture before rolling.
Cut rolled out meat in six squares.
Put filling ball in center or meat, pull meat up around filling and seal all edges.
Brown in Crisco, turning all around.
Remove balls and make gravy (can use some beef bouillon for more flavor).
Cover and simmer balls in gravy for 1 hour on low heat.
