Fettuccine Alfredo
Fettuccine Alfredo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 375 g. catelli fettucine, 1/4 c. butter, 1 c. whipping cream, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese and pinch parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In a saucepan, melt butter with cream; once it its smooth, add parsley and pepper.
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a rapid boil.
Add salt if desired.
Add pasta and stir until water returns to a boil.
Cook, stirring occasionally,until desired tenderness, about 10 min.
Drain fettucine and return to pot.
Add Parmesan cheese and toss 1 min.
Add butter/cream mixture; continue to toss 1 min. longer or just until thickened.
Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley, if desired.
