Festive Chicken
Festive Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 bacon strips, 4 chicken breasts, 3/4 c. soy sauce, 1/2 c. sugar and 4 garlic cloves, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Wrap 2 bacon strips around each chicken breast; place in a shallow baking dish and set aside.
In small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce and sugar; add remaining ingredients.
Pour over chicken; turn to coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Drain and reserve marinade.
Bake at 325Β° for 60 minutes or until chicken tests done, basting occasionally with marinade.
