Feather Rolls
Feather Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. scalded milk, 1/2 c. shortening (not oil), 2 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat milk, be sure not to burn it.
Add shortening, salt and sugar to milk; cool to lukewarm.
Add beaten eggs to mixture when mix is cool.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water; add to milk mixture.
Stir in 4 cups flour; knead until smooth (about 5 minutes).
Add remaining flour.
Grease topp of dough and rise 2 hours.
Punch down dough and work out rolls, let rise 1 1/2 hours. Bake at
375Β° for 10 to 15 minutes.
