Fat-Free Chocolate Cake
Fat-Free Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa, 1/4 c. cornstarch and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Spray 9-inch square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
In large bowl, combine dry ingredients until well mixed.
In medium bowl, whisk egg whites, water and corn syrup.
Stir into dry ingredients until smooth.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
Cool on rack 10 minutes.
