Fat-Free Banana Cake
Fat-Free Banana Cake is an impressive dinner. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix the dry ingredients together; set aside.
Mix the honey and applesauce together.
Add the egg replacer mixture, banana, raisins and walnuts.
Add the wet mixture to the dry and mix well.
Turn into a nonstick 13 x 9-inch pan and flatten slightly with a spatula.
Bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
