Farmers Pork Chops
Farmers Pork Chops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. pork chops, 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced, 2 large onions, sliced, 1 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Roll pork chops in flour and brown in cooking oil, then add garlic, salt, pepper and onions to oil.
Place potatoes in casserole dish.
Add the browned pork chops on top of the potatoes.
Arrange garlic and onions on top of pork chops.
Blend sour cream with dry mustard.
Pour this over the top of onions. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour, 30 minutes.
