Fantasy Fudge
Fantasy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 2/3 c. eagle brand milk, 1 (7 oz.) marshmallow crème, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3/4 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a heavy 2 1/2-quart saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate, nuts and vanilla. Beat until well blended.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares.
Makes approximately 3 pounds.
