Family Swiss Steak
Family Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. round steak, 1 large can tomato sauce, 1/4 c. diced celery, 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix flour and mustard together.
Cut steak in approximately 2 x 3-inch squares.
Roll in flour and mustard mixture.
Pound steaks with tenderizing hammer.
In 6 to 8-quart saucepan, put in oil and brown steaks on each side.
Remove and set aside.
In same pan, add tomato sauce, onions, Worcestershire sauce, celery and brown sugar.
Bring to a slow boil.
Turn off and add meat and place in oven for 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
