English Pea Casserole
English Pea Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 small sweet red pepper, chopped, 1 tbsp. margarine, melted, 1 (5 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed and softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onion and red pepper in butter until tender.
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Add cheeses to hot noodles; stir until cheese melts.
Stir in onion mixture, peas, mushrooms and pepper.
Spoon into a greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Top with crumbs.
Bake at 325Β° for 20 to 30 minutes. Yield
8 servings.
