Enchilada Casserole
Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (15 oz.) can ranch style beans, 6 frozen tortillas, thawed, 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded and 1 (10 oz.) can ro-tel tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Brown ground beef and spread in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Layer beans over beef.
Top with tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.
Spread tomatoes over tortillas and pour soup over all.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour.
