Eloise's Yeast Rolls
Eloise'S Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, 2 c. milk, 1/2 c. warm water, 1/4 c. crisco and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix sugar, salt, Crisco and eggs together.
Boil milk and let cool.
Mix yeast with warm water and add to milk.
Mix flour with milk, yeast mixture, add sugar and egg mixture. Knead.
Place in warm place to rise until double, about 2 hours. Knead down.
In greased bowl.
Will keep well in refrigerator for several ready to bake, pinch off dough and roll into balls.
Greased and let rise several hours or until double in size.
Bake in 350Β° oven until brown.
