Ellie May's Pound Cake

Have butter and eggs at room temperature.
Sift together cake flour, salt and soda.
Beat butter gently until fluffy; add sugar slowly and mix until creamy and light.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Add sour cream and flour mixture alternately.
Blend in flavorings.
Pour into large tube pan sprayed with Pam (this makes a larger cake).
Bake at 330Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes (or until tester comes out clean).
