Elizabeth Young's Ham Loaf
Elizabeth Young'S Ham Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. smoked ham, 2 lb. lean pork, 2 c. fine dry bread crumbs (not seasoned), 3 eggs and 1 1/2 cans tomato soup (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grind together ham and pork.
Mix all ingredients together (except raisins) very well.
Cover bottom of 2 loaf pans with raisins, then add pork and ham mixture.
Set pans in larger pan to which you have added some water.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours plus.
Serves 15 to 20.
