Eleanor's Hot Chicken Salad
Eleanor'S Hot Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. diced, cooked chicken, 2 c. chopped celery, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. sliced almonds and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Toss chicken and celery and set aside.
Combine all other ingredients, except chow mein noodles.
When well blended, stir in chicken and celery thoroughly.
Place in 2 1/2-quart casserole and cover.
Heat in 350Β° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve over hot chow mein noodles or serve noodles on the side.
