Eggplant

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cook eggplant in boiling salted water for 8 minutes, drain. Add egg, milk, butter, onion and dry crumbs.
Place in greased casserole and top with buttered crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
