Eggnog Mallow Fudge
Eggnog Mallow Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 6 oz. petite marshmallows (about 3 c.), 2/3 c. eggnog, 3 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp. corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Butter sides of heavy 3-quart saucepan.
Place sugar, marshmallows, eggnog, butter, corn syrup and salt in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring, until marshmallows are melted.
Turn heat to medium and cook until mixture boils.
Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, to 230Β° on candy thermometer.
Add chocolate pieces and cook 5 minutes or until chocolate is completely melted.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into buttered 8-inch square pan.
Cool to room temperature.
Chill.
Cut into squares. Yield
36 pieces.
