Egg Rolls (Lumpia)
Egg Rolls (Lumpia) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 lb. string beans (french-cut), 1 lb. chinese cabbage, finely chopped, 4 medium carrots, grated and 1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown beef.
Drain grease.
Brown garlic; add onions until transparent.
Add carrots and green beans to meat mixture. Sprinkle with seasonings.
Add Chinese cabbage and water chestnuts.

When cooked, put in colander to drain.
Let meat mixture cool before putting into wrapper.
