Egg Quiche
Egg Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices day old bread, cut in 1-inch sq., 2 c. diced ham, 4 c. grated longhorn cheese, 2 tbsp. prepared mustard and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Butter baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
Place bread pieces in bottom of dish.
Mix onions and ham, then place over bread.
Next, spread grated cheese over ham, then sprinkle with flour.
Beat together eggs, mustard, milk and garlic salt; pour over cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serves 8 people.
