Egg Crouton Casserole
Egg Crouton Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. plain bread croutons, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, 4 slightly beaten eggs and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grease 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
Place croutons on bottom, then add cheese, reserving a little, followed by crumbled bacon.
Combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard, pepper and onion powder.
Pour over crouton mixture.
Top with reserved cheese. Bake in preheated 325Β° oven for 60 minutes or until set.
Serves 6 to 8.
