Egg Brunch
Egg Brunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 eggs, 1 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked, 6 c. milk, 1 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix eggs, salt, milk, dry mustard and 2/3 of the crumbled bacon in bowl.
Alternate layers of bread cubes, cheese cubes and egg mixture in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
Next morning, put 1/2 of the crumbled bacon on top and bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
Serves 12.
