Egg and Ham Bake
Egg And Ham Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. monterey jack cheese, grated, 2 c. finely diced ham, 1/2 c. melted oleo, 1/2 c. sifted flour and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 400°.
Melt oleo, put half in 9 x 13-inch dish.
Sift flour and baking powder.
Beat eggs; season with salt and pepper.
Add ham, cheese, flour mixture and other half of oleo.
Mix, pour into dish, bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350°, bake 30 minutes longer or until puffy and light golden brown.
Can be mixed and stored in refrigerator until ready to be baked.
Can also be baked and frozen.
