Edith's Chicken Pie
Edith'S Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cooked and boned, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 cans chicken broth or broth from the chicken, 1 c. self rising flour and 1 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook chicken until it comes off the bone easily.
Cool and debone.
Put pieces into baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
Pour cream of chicken soup and broth over chicken.
At this point, you can put into refrigerator or freezer.
Mix flour, buttermilk and oleo; pour over chicken mixture.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
