Easy Puff Pastry
Easy Puff Pastry is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter (not margarine), cut into 1/2-inch cubes, 2 c. unsifted flour, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1 egg yolk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine the butter and unsifted flour in a bowl.
Using a pastry blender or food processor, cut butter into flour until size of peas.
Mix the sour cream with egg yolk.
Stir into mixture until well blended.
Gather into a ball.
Divide in half.
Wrap each piece in clear plastic wrap.
Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
(Can be kept up to 4 days.)
Roll out dough and cut into squares (4 or 5-inch).
Fill each square with any meat you desire.
Roll up; seal edges.
Bake 20 minutes at 350Β°.
