Easy Pork Parmigiana
Easy Pork Parmigiana is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large egg, 1 tbsp. water, 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, 1/3 c. italian seasoned bread crumbs and 4 (1 1/4-inch thick) slices pork tenderloin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine egg and water.
Set mixture aside.
Combine Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoned bread crumbs and set aside.
Place each piece of pork between two sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap. Flatten to 1/4-inch thickness, using a meat mallet.
Dip pork in egg mixture and dredge in crumb mixture.
Cook pork slices in vegetable oil over medium heat until browned.
Arrange pork slices in lightly greased 8-inch baking dish.
Top with spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 5 more minutes.
