Easy Mexican Casseroles
Easy Mexican Casseroles is an easy dinner. Made with 12 to 16 flour tortillas, 2 (40 oz.) cans chili, 1 (30 to 32 oz.) can refried beans, 2 to 3 c. grated cheddar cheese and 1 (6 oz.) can whole olives, drained and sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Using two 2 to 3-quart deep casserole dishes, layer tortillas, refried beans, cheese and olives, then layer a tortilla, chili, cheese and olives a couple of times before repeating, using refried bean layer followed by chili layers, topping off each of two casseroles with cheese and olives.
Bake in 350Β° oven until heated through and cheese is melted, approximately 30 minutes.
