Easy Hollandaise Sauce
Easy Hollandaise Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 4 egg yolks, 2 to 3 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. salt and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat butter until bubbly.
Meanwhile, in blender, place egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Turn blender on and off quickly.
Next turn blender to high speed and slowly add butter very steadily in a thin stream.
Serve immediately.
(It's great served over broccoli, grilled tomatoes, asparagus, fish or on Eggs Benedict.)
