Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. coconut, 1 box german chocolate cake mix (with pudding), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. philadelphia cream cheese, softened and 3 c. confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Grease and flour 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Spread chopped pecans and coconut in bottom of pan.
Mix cake according to directions on box.
Pour over pecans and coconut.
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Add vanilla and spread on top of cake mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
No icing is needed.
