Dutch Peach Cake
Dutch Peach Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 1 tbsp. melted margarine, 1/2 c. milk, 3/4 c. flour and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Separate egg.
To the yolk, add melted butter and milk, then beat slightly.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add to egg mixture.
Beat egg whites, adding some of the sugar when whites have been beaten. Continue to beat until stiff.
Fold into first mixture.
Pour into deep pie pan and cover with peaches.
Sprinkle with sugar, 1/4 cup (more or less), as needed.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Serve warm with cream.
