Dried Beef Chicken Breasts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 whole chicken breasts, split in half, skinned, deboned and cut each piece of breast meat in half, 1 can cream of asparagus or cream of celery soup, 1 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. cooking sherry and 1/4 to 1/2 lb. dried beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Shred dried beef over bottom of 9 x 12-inch casserole dish (approximately).
Lay chicken pieces on top.
Mix soup, sherry and sour cream and pour over chicken and dried beef.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes until chicken is done on oven temperature of 350Β°.
Serves 6 to 8.
