Dolly's Catfish Stew
Dolly'S Catfish Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. broiled, deboned catfish or fish desired, 1 medium or large can tomatoes, crushed, 1/2 lb. finely cut butts meat or bacon, 1 large finely chopped onion and 6 potatoes, peeled, cubed, boiled and cooled separately, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine butts meat and onion together in bottom of large pot. Add a little grease to saute.
Add tomatoes, deboned fish and spices and let cook on low for awhile.
If you use red peppers, remember to remove them before serving.
They get hotter and hotter.
Can be frozen for later use also.
