Divinity Candy
Divinity Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 2/3 c. granulated sugar, 2/3 c. corn syrup, 2/3 c. water, 2 egg whites and 1 c. nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook sugar, syrup, water and salt in saucepan (I use a number 8 large skillet).
Do not stir after sugar is dissolved.
Cook until boiling syrup, when dropped from spoon in cold water, forms a hard, almost brittle ball (265Β° by thermometer).
Remove from fire.
