Dilly Casserole Bread
Dilly Casserole Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1/4 c. warm water, 1 c. cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. sugar and 2 tbsp. dry minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Soften the yeast in the water; set aside.
Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm.
In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese with sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt and soda.
Add the flour slowly, beating well after each addition.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (50 to 60 minutes).
Stir dough down and turn into a well greased round 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole dish.
Let rise in a warm place until light (30 to 40 minutes). Bake at 300Β° for 45 minutes until golden brown.
Brush with soft butter and sprinkle with garlic salt.
