Dilled Salmon Pie
Dilled Salmon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. soft bread crumbs (2 1/2 slices), 1/2 c. milk, 1 slightly beaten egg, 1 tbsp. chopped onion and 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine bread crumbs, milk, the beaten egg, onion, butter or margarine and salt until crumbs are moistened. Add salmon and mix thoroughly. Turn into a greased 8-inch pie plate.
Prepare instant potatoes according to package directions, omitting milk. Beat in the remaining egg.
Spoon around edge of pie.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve wedges with warm Dill Sauce.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
