Dill Pickles with Garlic
Dill Pickles With Garlic is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. medium size cucumbers, 4 c. vinegar, 1/2 c. salt, 3 qt. water and 2 sprigs dill (for each qt.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Soak cucumbers overnight in cold water.
Put one dill in bottom of quart jars, then pack jars with cucumbers.
Add garlic and second sprig of dill on top.
Combine vinegar, salt and water. Bring to boil.
Fill jars and seal.
Store in dark, cool place.
