Dill Pickles
Dill Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 c. cold water, 1 c. canning salt, 2 flowers of dill, per quart, 1 green chili pepper, per quart and 3 c. white vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Clean cucumbers and wash. Pack in clean jars. Add alum, dill and garlic. In a large kettle, heat the water and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Pour over cucumbers in jar. Seal and process in a hot water bath for 15 minutes
