Dill Bread
Dill Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 1/4 c. lukewarm water, 1 c. creamed cottage cheese, slightly heated, 1 tbsp. butter or oil and 2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Soften yeast in warm water for 5 minutes.
Combine cheese, butter, sugar, salt and soda.
Add onions, dill seed, egg and softened yeast.
Beat well to blend thoroughly.
Add flour; mix well.
Cover and let rise until double (about 1 hour).
Punch down and put in a greased loaf pan.
Let rise 30 to 40 minutes.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Brush with butter.
