Diana's Pineapple Banana Cake
Diana'S Pineapple Banana Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sifted flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Measure the dry ingredients and sift them together.
Dice the bananas; measure the quantity and add them to the dry ingredients, along with the oil, vanilla, eggs and crushed pineapple and juice. Stir to blend but do not beat.
Pour into greased 9-inch tube pan and bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Set aside to cool on a rack without removing from pan.
