Boil water and raisins until water is gone; let cool.
Add applesauce, eggs, sweetener and oil; mix together.
Blend in the rest of the ingredients.
Spoon into greased 11 x 17-inch pan and bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Bake longer if pan is smaller.
When cool, cut in bars.
