Pound flour, Accent and salt and pepper to taste into round steak (or deer steak).

Cut into 1 to 2-inch cubes.

Brown in heavy skillet.

Add onion, chopped and sauteed.

Mix catsup, Worcestershire sauce, beef stock or bouillon and chili powder, then pour over meat.

Stir to dissolve crumbs in skillet.

Cover tightly and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until fork-tender.

Add water during cooking if needed.
