Deviled Eggs

Boil eggs 1/2 hour.
Pour off water and cover with cold water. Let stand for 15 or 20 minutes.
Peel, cut lengthwise, remove yolks, mash and mix with mayo, sugar, lemon juice, relish and mustard.
Stuff whites of eggs; place slice of olive in center of each half egg.
Sprinkle with paprika.
