Delmonico Potatoes
Delmonico Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 medium potatoes, salt, 1/2 c. butter, 1/3 c. flour and 2 1/4 c. light cream or milk (half and half), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook, peel and dice potatoes.
Place in buttered casserole. Melt butter in saucepan, add flour, milk and pepper, making a white sauce.
Pour sauce over potatoes after putting some of the cheese throughout the potatoes.
Place remainder of cheese on top. May sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
