Deer Meat Balls
Deer Meat Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. deer burger, 1/2 lb. pork, 1 onion, chopped, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 2 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine meat, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper and egg.
Shape into 1-inch balls, placing a small amount of cream cheese into center of each meat ball.
Brown in a small amount of fat.
Add tomatoes, mushroom soup and remaining cream cheese.
Cook slow in 200Β° oven for 1 hour.
Add sour cream before serving. Serves 8.
