Deep Dish Golden Apple Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Core and thinly slice apples to equal 7 cups.
Combine sugar, flour, spices and salt.
Stir in apples, raisins and orange juice. Place in 2-inch deep 9-inch baking dish.
