Dark Chocolate Frosting
Dark Chocolate Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk), 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, dash of salt, 3 tbsp. water and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In double boiler combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate and salt.
Cook until chocolate melts and mixture is very thick. Add water and vanilla and stir rapidly until smooth.
Cool 10 minutes.
Use to frost one 8-inch or 9-inch two layer cake or one 13 x 9-inch cake or 2 dozen cupcakes.
