Danish Chicken
Danish Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 to 12 thighs, flour, margarine, 1 can mushrooms and 1/2 to 1 tsp. thyme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Coat thighs in seasoned flour.
Fry in margarine until very brown.
Put in small roaster pan with drippings.
Add mushrooms and juice.
Sprinkle thyme over it, along with onion (sliced), bay leaf and bacon.
Add lots of white wine and cook slowly until tender at about 250Β°.
Cook covered and keep adding wine if cocktail hour drags on.
Serve over rice.
Makes lots of good juice.
