Dandelion Jelly
Dandelion Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. dandelion blossoms (without stems), 1 qt. water, 1 pkg. sure-jell, 1 tsp. lemon or orange extract and 4 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil blossoms in 1 quart of water for about 3 minutes only. Drain off.
Add 3 cups juice to Sure-Jell and lemon or orange extract.
Bring to a boil.
Add sugar.
Boil about 3 minutes.
Can seal and process 5 minutes in boiling water bath.
Makes 5 (1/2 pints).
