Dairy State Fudge
Dairy State Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 tbsp. butter (no substitute), 2 lb. white almond bark, broken in small pieces and 1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; set aside.
In top of double boiler, melt butter and add almond bark. Heat and stir until melted.
Add cream cheese and beat until smooth and glossy.
Stir in nuts.
Pour in a greased 9-inch square pan.
Store in refrigerator.
Yields 64 pieces.
