Dad's Favorite White Fruit Cake
Dad'S Favorite White Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. chopped nuts, 1/2 lb. butter, 2 c. flour, 1 c. sugar and 6 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat well.
Add flour and vanilla.
(Add about 3 tablespoons flour to chopped nuts and fruit, mix lightly.)
Fold in mixture.
Grease tube pan.
Cut wax paper to fit bottom of pan.
Pour in mixture.
You may add nuts and cherries on top.
Bake at 230° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours gradually turn temperature up to 300°.
